I'm being sent (along with most of my department) to LA until next Tuesday. I hope to be able to do a little blogging while I'm gone. Poor Bernie! I hate to leave her alone for all that time, but my parents promise to keep her company while I'm gone.

You can use it as an opportunity to throw out his stuff and redecorate. :-)
