First, get two really nice steaks.
Lightly coat with olive or canola oil, sprinkle with kosher salt and grind on coarse black pepper.
Toss on a HOT grill for 3 minutes per side.
Also coat some thick slices of yellow squash and sweet potato with olive oil, sprinkle kosher salt, and throw on the grill with the steaks.
If it looks so good you forget to take the picture, just take the picture after you've cut half of one of the steaks for your wife.
Perfect pink on the inside!
